I like shiny, new, expensive stuff in my house, who doesn't? But sometimes you've got to be a bit more creative with your budget. My house if full of flea market finds and up-cycled furniture, which was bourne out of necessity and has turned into my passion. Mixing up old and new, junk shop and high end is what gives my home its personality.
Lots of people tell me they love this eclectic look, but wouldn't know where to start sourcing it. That's why I've decided to launch My House Candy Store. Here you'll find all the bits and bobs to help you style up a fashionably individual home. This includes vintage goods inspired by top interior trends as well as random pieces of upcycled furniture that were crying out to join the #reloveution.
If you follow my blog you will recognise a lot of the items from my own home. You're right, these finds are all road tested - if I don't love it enough to give it house space, you won't find it for sale here!
I'd also like to think I can help you find some of the quirkier things you've maybe seen on Pinterest or just woke up in the night with a Eureka moment and realised - THAT's what my sitting room needs! If that's the case, please get in touch and I will see if I can help you locate that evasive piece of house candy!
Please bear with me whilst I get the store fully up and running, but in the meantime, if there's anything you see here that you are desperate to get your mitts on, please do not hesitate to get in touch. With this kind of stuff you can't hang about. Once it's gone, it's gone!
